Lisa A. Wolf
Founder and President, Wolf Search Solutions, LLC
With extensive executive-level placement experience with renowned industry leaders such as Heinz NA, The Kellogg Co. and McCormick & Co., among many others, Lisa Wolf began her executive search career in 1990, spearheading foodservice and specialty channel recruiting divisions for two previous employers. In 2003, Ms. Wolf established L. Wolf Associates to focus exclusively as an executive search expert for ConAgra Foodservice, for which she identified and recruited top-notch talent during a critical stage of the company's historical integration and expansion.
One year later, Ms. Wolf expanded her firm's client base with other select CPG and foodservice leaders, which has since enabled Wolf Search Solutions to become one of the industry's most well respected and reliable search firms while also offering related expertise in new and emerging specialty channels.
Ms. Wolf's targeted concentration on executive-level searches across CPG, foodservice, specialty, ingredient, retail and hospitality channels translates into pinpointed, accurate placement of talent across all related professional disciplines. Dedicated to serving organizations experiencing high growth, corporate restructuring and other specialized needs, Wolf Search Solutions' accomplished track record reflects the cumulative years' of executive placement behind the desks of some of the foremost clients in the industry, ranging from food giants and Fortune 500 companies to emerging start-up ventures and private equity firms.
Recognizing the need for foodservice-specific compensation and benefits benchmarking data, Ms. Wolf in 2005 created The Wolf Survey, which today is regarded as the industry's premier tool for accurate, industry-specific comparative placement data.

Prior to entering the executive search industry, Ms. Wolf held numerous management positions of increasing responsibility with Aramark, The Chart House and Sysco Foodservice, Inc. Having earned a Bachelor's of Science degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), she has long been involved in a number of industry organizations, including serving as a member of the Women's Foodservice Forum for 15 of its 20 years in existence, as well as serving as a chairwoman and participant on various panels, volunteer committees and "Network with the Leaders" roundtables. Ms. Wolf is also active in several leading industry trade associations, including the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association and the Multi-Cultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance.
